BlogMastery is committed to providing high-quality educational services and creating comfortable learning conditions for every student. This Return and Refund Policy clarifies the circumstances under which a refund is possible and describes the procedure for submitting a request.
1. Refund Conditions
1.1 Refunds before the course starts: You can request a full refund for a course if the training has not yet begun. The refund request must be submitted no later than 14 days before the course start date specified during registration.
1.2 Refunds during the course: If the course has already started, a refund is possible in exceptional circumstances, such as force majeure (e.g., illness or unforeseen family circumstances), with supporting documents. If approved, the refund will be prorated based on the remaining lessons.
1.3 No refunds for completed courses: If the course is fully completed, no refund will be provided, as the service is considered fully rendered. Refunds are also not possible for individual modules or lessons that have been completed.
1.4 Refunds for individual lessons and consultations: Refunds for individual lessons are possible only if cancelled before the lesson begins. If the consultation or lesson has already taken place, the funds for them will not be refunded.
2. Refund Request Procedure

The name of the course,
The reason for the refund request,
If necessary, documents supporting force majeure circumstances.
Request processing time: All refund requests are reviewed within 10 business days of receiving all necessary information. We may request additional documents or clarifications if needed to make a decision.
Refund process: If your refund request is approved, funds will be returned to the bank account or card from which the payment was made. The time for the funds to be credited to the account depends on your bank's terms and may take 3 to 10 business days.
3. Administrative Fees and Commissions
BlogMastery reserves the right to withhold administrative fees or bank commissions if required to process a refund. These costs may be deducted from the total refund amount and will be specified in the final decision email.
4. Other Terms
4.1 Course change or start date transfer: If you wish to change your course or transfer your enrollment to another course, please contact us before the start of the training. We will try to accommodate your wishes and offer a suitable option.
4.2 Refusal of refund: BlogMastery reserves the right to refuse a refund if:
The refund request is submitted after the course has started, and circumstances do not allow for an exception.
The user has violated the website usage rules or the Terms of Service.
The refund request contradicts the terms outlined in this Policy.
4.3 Access restriction to materials: After a refund, access to the course, materials, and assignments will be terminated. The user undertakes not to use or distribute materials received before the refund request.
5. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
Refunds are not possible for:
Gift cards and discount offers: Funds for purchased gift cards or discount offers are non-refundable.
Missed lessons: If you have missed lessons for which access to materials was provided, a refund for these lessons is not possible. We provide the option to re-watch materials if they are included in the course terms.
